About Us
Proguard Appliances is a UK company based in Woking, Surrey. We sell repair cover for domestic appliances and we do not fix them ourselves: repairs are carried out on our behalf by Glotech Repairs Ltd, an established appliance repair firm with engineers across the country. That split is deliberate. We handle the plan and the claim, they handle the van and the toolbox.

How an engagement runs

Choose a plan by how many appliances you want covered, then tell us which ones. Five is the plan most homes take, at £199 for twelve months.
Report a fault
Call or email us when something stops working. We check it against your plan and, if it is covered, book the visit with Glotech Repairs Ltd.
An engineer comes out
A Glotech engineer attends, diagnoses and repairs. Parts, labour and the call-out are included on an approved claim, so there is nothing to pay on the day.
